Jana Kramer, an actor and singer-songwriter who specializes in country music and songwriting, gained fame on television after she was cast as Alex during the final three seasons on One Tree Hill. The show showcased her first releases as country music, propelling her 2012 debut album to the Billboard 200 to the Top 20. Thirty One (2015), the album that followed it in 2015, was also among into the Top Ten. The decade ended with her appearances on Dancing with the Stars, TV films and non-album singles. She grew up listening to music from the country genre and later went on to pursue a career in recording. However, she began her acting career as a teenager in 2002's indie horror movie Dead/Undead. Kramer's second album Thirty One came out on Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of the year 2015. It was a Top Five Country Hit I Got the Boy, and her duet Steven Tyler and Aerosmith performed together helped the album reach third place at the top of the Billboard 200 and number 10 in the country chart albums. The album was released after a period of two months during the 23rd Dancing with the Stars season, she finished in fourth place. It was also the year when she scored a contemporary-adult success with her song Feels like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
